     Property

    I love the fact that they had a dog park - biggest draw and yes, it's pricey but it's worth it. The changes they have made is obvious from the time my friend rented (20 years ago), it's clean, cheerful and updated. I hope my daughter will like it.

     Property

    The property and amenities seemed great. Nice area. The renovated apartments were way nicer than the classics. The initial cost of the rent seemed reasonable but with all of the amenities, utilities, etc it all added up really quickly and was way over our budget.

     Management

    Our tour/property manager lady was really awesome. Very informative, personable, and willing to answer any questions. She was a very good salesman, although we decided not to rent from them.
