Beyond tiny! (418 sq ft) These apartments make NYC apartments look huge! The smaller one bedroom apts are more expensive that the larger ones because they come with updated appliances. (Not worth the money) There's a fee and/or charge for everything. From the parking to tax! I'm surprised they don't charge a fee for the mail box key! I wouldn't live in these sardine cans if you paid me! I'd give it half a star if it was possible.
