At Block 44 Apartments we love our Fur-babies! We have a 60lb weight limit on our furry friends. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, a $400 per pet (partial - refundable) deposit, and a $45 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions do apply.
