The Alta View Apartments overlook downtown Salt Lake City and are within walking distance of the University of Utah. The location places Alta View close to the University of Utah and many dining, shopping, and cultural amenities available downtown. Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. $250 pet fee and $40 monthly pet rent per pet.
