We are proud to offer modern one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, thoughtfully designed with stylish finishes and contemporary layouts. Our brand-new residences combine comfort and sophistication to create the perfect living space.
These apartments homes will be ready for move-in by mid July!
Fees and Policies:
- Application Fee: $65 per adult (non-refundable). If you submit your application within 24 hours of your tour, the fee(s) will be credited toward your first full month's rent.
- Security Deposit: Ranges from $500 to one month's rent, depending on application approval.
- Pet Policy: One dog per household (25 lbs. max) is allowed with a $500 additional deposit and $25/month pet rent. Cats are not permitted. Qualified service and emotional support animals are welcome in accordance with ADA and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Utilities: A monthly utility bill-back will be established to help offset the rising costs of water, sewer, and garbage services. This flat monthly fee ranges from $70 to $90, depending on unit size. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own electricity directly with PGE (Portland General Electric).
