     Property

    I feel it was a bait and switch. The walls were filthy. Garbage in the potato/onion tip out bin under the counter. Only one washer/dryer for the entire building, and they were at least 25 years old. At least. Something was wrong with the stove. The "garden" did not look remotely like the picture.
