    The outside picture of this property makes it look appealing, and especially for the price. However, once you step inside, be prepared to be amazed...and not in a good way. This place is overtly filthy. Dirt, grime, stains, worn out wood, worn out carpet everywhere. It would make a great home for a slum lord, drug dealer, pimp, and sadly the homeless. When I politely suggested to the property manager that "this place needs some work." He replied, "It's all a matter of perspective." If you need a "dirt" cheap place to have some covering, then by all means, take a peek. Honestly, though, this property is about 50% overpriced for the living conditions.
