Containing a mix of generous one- and two-bedroom apartments, this property features an elevator, a heated underground garage, large windows, and natural-wood galley kitchens. The property is within walking distance to Trader Joes and The Nook, as well as other neighborhood businesses. Transit corridors on both Snelling and Randolph Avenues give easy access to all neighborhood amenities. There is convenient freeway access and Metro transit bus stop located right in front of the property. Coin operated laundry is available in the building. Our application fee is $40.00 per adult, 1 year lease. We do charge a small monthly fee to help offset high utility costs and the rising costs of required City compliance. This fee is based on apartment occupancy, $10.00 per person per month. Occupancy in our 1 bedroom apartments is limited to 2 individuals, occupancy in a 2 bedroom is limited to 3 individuals.
