    The Sevilla Court consists of one-bedroom and spacious studio apartments footsteps from the intersection of Grand & Gravois. The rental price includes almost everything: a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, heat and air conditioning and all utilities. Residents pay for their own internet service. Each apartment has amazing storage space, usually with closets and cabinets in every room. The apartments have their original parquet wood flooring, or updated hardwood flooring. Many apartments overlook the building's tree-shaded courtyard, which residents are welcome to use. A large laundry room is available for residents in the building's basement. For an additional fee, parking may be available in the building's heated garage (please ask). You are welcome to park a bicycle in the heated garage for no additional charge (lock your bicycle securely). The location is footsteps from the intersection of Grand & Gravois. Within walking distance are all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, Grand South Grand, and Cherokee Street are all nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance."
