    Now available is a sunny and spacious four-room apartment across the street from magnificent Tower Grove Park. This particular apartment is on the first floor and full of delightful historic detail. Included in the rental price is a large gas range, frost-free refrigerator, heat and window-unit air conditioning, and all gas utilities. Residents pay their own electric and internet. The apartment has its original French doors between the living and dining rooms. It features hardwood flooring throughout in excellent condition. Electric has been updated, with ceiling fans in the bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Outside the back door is a fabulous garden with mature trees and a pergola. Part of the garden is enclosed by a picket fence and serves as an organic community garden for residents. Plots may be available for a nominal fee. A large laundry room is in the basement. You are welcome to store your bicycle at your own risk in the laundry room (please make sure it is locked, and it should be fine). Parking is available on the street or first-come, first-served at the back of the building. You may not need a car to live here. The location is in the Shaw Neighborhood, with easy transit or biking access to all the best of St. Louis. If you don't have renters' insurance that includes coverage for unintentional property damage, you will be asked to carry SF Shannon's "Tenant Liability Insurance" for a nominal fee of $9.50 per month. This insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to your personal possessions.
