Hawthorne School Apartments is a unique residential community nestled in the heart of University City. Our community offers residents modern conveniences and community-centric amenities, including outdoor spaces with BBQ/picnic areas & bike racks, a fitness center, club room, media room, and a business center. The building is pet-friendly and boasts sustainable green features and original historical details. Hawthorne School Apartments presents a variety of floor plans designed to cater to your unique lifestyle and needs. We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments designed for a blend of comfort and convenience, featuring in-unit laundry and ample storage with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Our two-bedroom townhomes are the epitome of contemporary living, boasting expansive layouts and premium features. With multiple levels, private entrances, and attached garages, our townhome apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Utilities: Tenant pays for electric, no gas. Tenant pays flat rate for water, sewer, trash, and internet. Internet services are with AT&T. Flat internet rate only includes basic bulk price; any additional internet/cable services a tenant wants must be ordered directly with AT&T. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, pet rent is $25/month; with two pets, pet rent is $35/month. Dogs and cats only; no other pets permitted. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant.
