    What's special

Studio apartments include appliancesLoads of storage space
The Grand Connecticut Building is a unique mixed-use apartment building in one of St. Louis' best neighborhoods. The Grand Connecticut Building has something for everyone, from studio apartments to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, to boutique shopping and excellent restaurants. Studio apartments include appliances and all utilities except internet. Large apartments include appliances and air conditioning; residents pay their own electric, gas and internet. Electric has typically been updated throughout each apartment. Apartments all have ceiling fans (in multiple rooms in the larger apartments). Each apartment retains historic features and loads of storage space. Every apartment has its original deep "soaker" bathtub, as well as a shower. A laundromat is available in the building for residents. For an additional fee, parking may be available on a lot behind the building (please ask). You may not need a car to live here. This is one of the the most walkable neighborhoods in the city. Transit is easily accessible, with direct access to Metrolink, the city's regional rail service. Supermarkets, a post office, library, dozens of restaurants, bars and all kinds of shopping are within easy walking or biking distance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Pets are welcome (an additional deposit will be required). If you don't have your own renters' insurance, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers unintentional damages to the apartment and building, but not to personal possessions. For more information or to schedule a viewing, call or email us. We are here to help.
