Well, there are a few other glaring differences here. This is NOT a perfectly symmetrical 10-bedroom Georgian colonial style single-family home, but it IS a 2BR/1BA Chicago-style bungalow DUPLEX with an updated kitchen, chic as hell bathroom, private basement with laundry, covered patio, AND private 2-car garage parking. Don't leave this one behind! If you wait to write home about it over the holiday then the only thing you'll be robbed of is an amazing living experience! APP STUFF: We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
