Location is a 41/10! Tower Grove Park is basically your front yard. It's right there. Not to mention you're extremely close to the hip part of Morganford, South Grand, and highway access. Oh, and your dwelling deserves a spotlight, too! There's beautiful trim and molding, gleaming hardwood floors, a gorgeous decorative fireplace, pocket doors, a large kitchen, and a glorious rear deck! Parking pad out back so that Food Truck Friday's, Festival of Nations, Farmers Mkt, at TGP are a snap- no fighting with rando's over a spot. W/d hookups and extra storage in the basement. APP STUFF: We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you've rented before, we'll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
