I'm calling this one Paul. Don't ask, because I don't know why. Paul just seems like a pretty straightforward guy. Like, maybe he stirs the pot every now and then, but it's never malicious. He likes to have fun, but likes to have his bases covered first. He doesn't have "work hard, play harder" in his dating profile, but he loves to come home after a long day at work and play with his cats, Rodrigo and Poot. Paul has a modern kitchen that he's chill about because it balances nicely with the original built-ins that divide the living and bedroom areas. Best of both worlds! Paul loves Hannah Montana, also. He told me not to tell you that, but I felt like it made him more human.

APP STUFF:
We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you've rented before, we'll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they're not plotting world domination.
