This gated community is in a very nice location of South Land Park. Two bedroom, two-story townhomes with 1.5 baths. Located across the street from a park and close to shopping and freeways. Our townhomes have upgraded finishes. The pool area is located in the center of the complex. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly. Laundry on site. Unit comes with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. No pets. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis for all completed applications. All applications are processed in compliance with Fair Housing Law. We are looking for qualified renters with: a credit score of about 650 3 times the rent in income and longevity in employment, meaning minimum of 2 years employed We will be showing it to pre-qualified applicants by appointment only. Verifiable income in the form of paystubs, bank statements 6. All bankruptcies must be discharged 7. Verifiable ID, which may include an enlarged color copy of a current and valid driver's license or other US photo ID card and a copy of social security card 8. No pets are allowed unless otherwise stated on the property page of our website. 9. We are not accepting cosigners at this time 10.
