Beech Hill Apartments is a beautiful new 29 unit, 4-story affordable housing community that offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, which will be available in December 2025/January 2026. Our site offers a community room with a beautiful kitchen, which has all new appliances and an island for party preparation. There is also an outdoor tot-lot playground for kids. An on-site laundry facility, business resource center with available computer access and a bike storage room are available for all tenants. Also, if you order from Amazon frequently, there is an on-site Amazon shipment locker! We offer on-site services as well as ample parking for all tenants. This location is close to many different fast-food and dine-in restaurants as well as within walking distance of the local grocery store.
Beech Hill Office is closed while under construction. All applications are to be completed online and intake appointments will be completed at 1796 Tribute Road, Suite 200 while the property is still under construction.
