Property
The place seems quiet and safe, every newly vacant apartment is remodeled- which is great for the new residents. Hot tub and pool is scheduled to be maintained every week. Fitness area, I didn’t view, but glad they have one. W/D included! Parking appears to be good availability. I guess I’m secure with gated entrance- happier that there are 2 entry points.
Management
The staff in office were so helpful and accommodating. Both on phone calls and in person. I haven’t looked for a place in 18 years - so yeah, they broke it down what was needed, what the property can be flexible with.
