Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment with lots of upgrades. This apartment has a large living area and spacious kitchen area with stone counters and stainless appliances. Each bedroom has its own private bath with shower/tub combo and lots of closet space. A member of our property management team will contact you about the showing. -Application fee is $50 and is nonrefundable. You DO NOT need to apply for more than one property. Applications are transferable and are good for 90 days. -Although it is not required, we recommend you view the property before you apply because the application fee is nonrefundable. -See our Rental Screening Requirements for our application criteria. -Anyone 18 and over that will be occupying the property must fill out an application. -Renters insurance policy with a minimum liability of $100,000 required on ALL properties.
