Brandon Point is conveniently at 3801-3819 Stratford Park Drive SW, which is located near the intersection of Brandon Avenue and Peters Creek Road in Roanoke City. All apartments have included washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Each apartment also has separate dining room, spacious closets, large living room, patio/balcony and two full baths. Master shower in all apartments is a walk in shower; hall bath is a tub/shower combination. Apartments are all electric. Ample parking. Pool, tennis court and basketball court (half) at complex. 24/7 emergency maintenance available. We are animal friendly (restrictions and additional fees apply). All buildings, apartments and amenities are SMOKE-FREE except for designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking includes all types of smoking, vaping, and the like. There are two bedroom and three bedroom apartments available (maximum occupancy 2 persons per bedroom). Locally owned and operated. See Application Criteria for complete details.
