The pictures speak a 1000 words but the place was horrible it look like homeless people live there it was not a place for me the price they're asking they should want $300 it is so small you have no where to put your clothes and you live in a kitchen but I understand a studio is like that but that place is deplorable

Zip code 33404 centers on Riviera Beach and Singer Island, blending a laid-back marina city with an oceanside resort vibe. Expect warm, breezy weather and turquoise Intracoastal views; weekend life revolves around boating, paddleboarding, scuba/snorkel sessions at Phil Foster Park’s Blue Heron Bridge, and ferry rides to Peanut Island. The Riviera Beach Marina Village offers waterfront walks and a weekly Sunset Celebration, while Ocean Walk on Singer Island and casual spots like Sailfish Marina Restaurant, Two Drunken Goats, and Johnny Longboats anchor the dining scene; you’ll also find coffee, gyms, and everyday groceries along Blue Heron Blvd and Broadway. Ocean Reef Park has lifeguarded beaches, picnic areas, and sunrise strolls, and sidewalks make pet walks easy (beach pet rules vary). In recent months, the median asking rent has hovered in the low $2,000s, with typical listings roughly $1,800–$3,500+, from inland apartments to higher-end waterfront condos; I-95 via Blue Heron makes commuting simple, and Downtown West Palm plus Brightline are a short drive.
