Property
Typical old student housing. A bit worn off but clean and smelled good. Rooms are very small but rent is reasonable and walking distance to VCU. Property management was very helpful, contacted back right away and showed apartment with occupants. They have no show apartment, so you have to make appointment...My son and his 3 friends will try to rent here.
