We also allow 2 extra caged animal (exotic). The fees are $200 per cat or $350 per dog. The exotic or caged pet fee is $100. Aquariums 535-gallon tanks, exotic, and caged pets. Exotic/caged pet fee (Non-refundable). We do charge pet rent of $20 per month per pet. Fees and pet rent do not cover any damage and are not refundable.
