(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.

They set a tour date that was a month away, so if course I never got to see, or apply for the unit, Not happy!!!
