     Property

    The only downside is the shared laundry which costs to use - call me spoiled but I like private laundry that isn't coin-op. The property is well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and well located.

     Management

    It's owned by a big apartment chain so it's a bit bureaucratic, but they hired friendly and helpful people.
