     Management

    Property manager provided prompt instructions for how to access the unit, but did not indicate that the unit was under construction. Called property manager to ask some questions about the unit; reached a receptionist who did not know anything at all about the property (including its address!) and who promised to forward my question along. Never received a call back.

Unfortunately, Zillow did not offer specific information about the unit you are referring too or about you specifically so I will respond to the general experience. Sometimes we do try to get popular units on market quickly if they are cleaned, but still have a few maintenance upgrades to do. Nonetheless, we will certainly began letting prospects know if this is the case. As for no response, if you'd be able to tell me when you called I can work with the person that took your call and determine the training needed.
