Each unit gets a garage space however they are open to each othernot private and not secure. Tenants have access to secure storage area, a fenced back yard and a public basement. There is space for each tenant to bring their own washer & dryer in the lower lever. Common area is front, back yard and basement area. The area between apartments at front entrance is shared and the upstairs balcony is shared between the 2 upper units. Each unit is to be respectful of each side and how it split equal in the middle to each tenant. No BBQ's or fire pits are allowed on property. Tenants are responsible for keeping the yards picked up and anything tenants plant it is up to them to keep them healthy and watered. If not healthy the plantings need to be disposed. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. 1 year lease term required.
