Harbor Tower Apartments offers Rentmaximizer pricing which competes with market rents in the area. The factors that affect Harbor Tower's pricing are: current occupancy, what renovations have and haven't taken place in the unit, view, and the floor level the unit is on. Our average yearly price ranges are: one bedrooms $1350-$1650 and two bedrooms: $1550-$1900. Please inquire about our Wait List option to try to obtain a price range you desire. Rent includes water, sewage, trash, and an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage. There is free visitor parking in the garage and spaces that can be rented if a second space is needed for tenants. Tenants pay for rent, electric, and cable/internet is optional.

Property
Old building, stunk because of dog defecation, rooms were small, carpet in unit was worn, computer room dirty, the whole place had seen better days I hope.
We are so sorry and confused about your experience at Harbor Tower. We were built in 1983 so we are definitely not one of the newest properties in the Olde Towne Portsmouth area but we have recently renovated the entire 1st floor to include our Resident Lounge, Billiard's Room and Business Center (which includes the computer room). We have also completely renovated at least half of our apartment homes so that people have a choice of renovated, partially renovated or original, also giving a choice in price ranges. Regardless of renovation status we change out carpet if it is worn, stained or otherwise damaged. We do allow pets and have a bark park out by the water near our Relaxation Area. Folks also walk their pets down by the Ferry Landing Area, where we provide a pet waste station. We have not, to my knowledge, ever had a problem with pet defecation inside the building. I am unsure what may have happened on your earlier visit but would love to invite you back.
