If you like entertaining, this is the place for you! Enjoy cooking in your kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and state of the art stove. The kitchen is open to a large area and leads to an expansive living room, separated only by custom built in shelving. Suspended from the living rooms 17ft ceiling is a large ceiling fan, but that is not all, as there is also an a/c to help keep you cool on the warmer days and a functional brick fireplace to warm you during the winter. There is a spacious closet and half bathroom in the entry way, but that's not all! Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, an additional closet, and a full bathroom with a freshly tiled shower complete with built in shower ledge. The front bedroom has a patio that overlooks the parking lot, another A/C unit and the large back bedroom overlooks the living room. Enjoy parking your car in the monitored parking lot just outside your front door and doing your laundry in the shared laundry room, complete with rentable storage units. This 15 unit complex is conveniently located next to many amenities including cafes, a movie theater, pharmacies, and a grocery store. Electric and internet are responsibility of tenant. Garbage, sewage and water are covered by us. Our leases are 11 months. Deposit is $1,800.
