Details: Utility co-payment of $50.00 per month for water, sewer and garbage. Tenants responsible for unit's electric bill. One pet okay with approved pet application ($25.00 fee) and $50.00 per month for pet rent. One application per adult ($55.00 fee). No security deposits! One year lease commitment required.
