     Property

    Small but fully remodeled. No good parking options, you have to pay to park on the street and you’re competing with tenants in 13 other units. I didn’t like it because it had too much of a “college dorm” feel to it. Only one washer and dryer that you share with everyone.

    Genny was so nice and helpful!

    Neighborhood: Northwest

    The Northwest District is trendy and walkable, with boutique shops, breweries, and historic apartments. Forest Park adds outdoor escape. The vibe is upscale and urban. Rentals $2,700–$3,900.
