    What's special

    Patio
In the mood for fresh air?
A patio is a rare feature. Only 18% of buildings in Portland have this amenity.
The Kingsbury is an iconic example of early 20th century brick architecture in Portland Oregon's highly desirable King's Hill/ NW 23rd neighborhood. The Kingsbury is steps away from Washington Park and busy NW 23rd/Alphabet district boutique shopping. Walk to the most popular retail shops, restaurants and bars, microbreweries, cafes, nightlife, and specialty grocery that Portland has to offer. We are a leisurely walk, quick bike ride, or drive to downtown and are blocks away from the Goose Hollow and Pearl districts.
The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant’s right to request a Modification or Accommodation.

     Property

I loved the apartment , but nearly all the windows looked straight into an alley/fire escape/ other building. I was told that the apartments can't be painted, but the color of the walls made the apartment unbelievably gloomy.
