The Hawthorne Court Apartments are a small community nestled built in 1911, located in the thriving and trendy Hawthorne district. We offer large, vintage one-bedroom and studio apartments from 560-825 square feet.
Our apartments feature high ceilings with beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, and original cabinetry and hardware. Each unit features large windows that provide plenty of natural sunlight. Kitchens are made for cooking with lots of countertop and cupboard space. In fact, these apartment provide an unbelievable amount of closet space throughout: dressing areas come with built-in closets and drawers, plus plenty of storage for off-season wear, entries include coat closets, and most units have a separate large storage closet - you have to see it to believe it! Many units come with ceiling fans, subway tile in the bathrooms, and other vintage features.
We also provide on-site laundry, bike rooms, and large beautiful outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing. We are on a major bus line with multiple buses nearby. Parking is free on-street. There are many local businesses within walking or biking distance. Downtown Portland is a 15-minute bike ride or 20-minute bus ride away. Willamette River swimming access and the Eastbank Esplanade are just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away. We're also close to two awesome food truck hubs - this is truly city living at its best.

Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet.
Electric, internet and gas is responsibility of tenant. Garbage, sewage and water are covered by us.
Our leases are 11 months.
Deposit is $1,200.
