     Management

    Rhys Davis was the most professional property manager I’ve encountered. He respond to my phone call promptly, set up an appointment quickly and at my convenience and greeted me by name and recalled exact what I was looking for in detail. He was warm and gracious to me and others who dropped by his office. I noted how quickly he responded to a needed utility repair and assured his tenant it would be handled immediately- and was. The most important quality was that Mr. Davis made me feel welcomed and valued. I am now one of his tenants!
