     Management

    Tthe maintenance guy showed me the unit and explained what he was stilll trying to finish. I have no urgency about moving so his comments were useful to me.

    The apartment I was shown was still under repair, so it had a lot of unresolved maintenance issues. The building is classic and the neighborhood is nice without the congested feeling that is common more northward in the Alphabet Blocks. Convenient to services. Seems like a decent value to me.

    Very spacious and well kept. Great location. Seemed like a great place to live. A lot of charm with classic hardwood floors, large windows, walk in closet, and gas stove. Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the viewing and am hopefully awaiting good news of an acceptance.
