Resident in 1524 is responsible for keeping appropriate (75w) bulbs in the shared walkways exterior fixtures. Lights are on photocell and motion sensor. Residents are each responsible for replacing bulbs in light fixtures that are controlled by switches within their homes. Hardwood floors in 1526 cause noise for the residents in 1524. Landscaping is provided by owner. Groundskeepers will be accessing the exterior of the property on a regular basis without prior notice.
