Our cozy 780 sq foot unit with two bedrooms and one bath has hardwood flooring throughout. There are many windows to provide you with a plenty of light and a a great breeze to fill the apartment. It offers recently upgraded appliances and newer counter tops. All ready to move in and make your new home.
The unit ready to move into by October 1st. Our small community has 15 units. We have a large laundry room, free on-site storage area, and several picnic areas. We offer assigned off street parking. This is a no smoking. No pet property.
We are located on 145th Street between Powell and Division Streets. We are conveniently located directly across the street from Fred Meyer for all your one stop shopping needs. Several restaurants; including KFC and Carl's Jr., are within walking distance. The number two bus line is only one-half block away.
