PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Mayfair Manor is a 16 unit Gresham apartment complex featuring an on-site coin operated laundry room and one assigned off-street parking space per unit. Trimet #20 busline and #74 busline are within easy walking distance and the MAX Blue line and #25 busline within walking distance. This ground floor flat unit features large living room with ceiling fan, 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The unit has electric heat. Appliances included are range and refrigerator. Water, sewer, basic garbage & recycling and yard care are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $995.00 per month. Minimum gross household income: $2,985.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: This property is located OUTSIDE Portland city limits and is not subject to the FAIR Ordinance. All occupants 18 years of age and older will be financially responsible. Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent One year rental agreement. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking and vaping is prohibited everywhere on the property. No marijuana and no marijuana products allowed on the property. No pets allowed at this property. Security Deposit = minimum 1.75 times monthly rent (*may be increased depending on background screening results).      Property

    They are in the process of remodeling the unit.
Closet space for bedroom was shared with the coat closet meaning there was a door on both sides and it also had the water heater in it.

     Management

    Gordon Properties is great. Professional and willing to go above and beyond to help us find what we needed
