Both of the guys I interacted with in the office, especially my tour guide, were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Property
The property and the apartments I viewed appeared to be well-maintained. I appreciated several perks, such as the spacious bathrooms, ample closet space, and well-designed kitchen. The location of the complex was also a plus. However, the living spaces in each apartment felt somewhat small. Additionally, the pricing was significantly overpriced, and the differences in cost between units didn’t seem justified or consistent. Expect to pay an additional $300-$400 on top of the base rent price. Outrageous.
