We are a pet friendly community at Pierpoint! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $300.00 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $200.00 pet fee for a second pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees.
