We are a pet friendly community at Pierpoint! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $300.00 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $200.00 pet fee for a second pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow the following breeds
