There is electric baseboard heat and a window AC unit will be installed upon request. This recently renovated Point Breeze 4 unit is located a few blocks from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. It features off street parking, a shared yard behind the building & coin operated laundry and storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
