Hardwood flooring or carpeting may be available. 24 hour maintenance and on-site card operated laundry facilities. Parking costs are: 1st vehicle FREE- 2nd vehicle $25/mo. Parking permits are required and all cars must be registered with us. Friendly on-site staff available by appointment. We are within walking distance to bus lines, close to shopping areas and convenient to downtown Pittsburgh. Flexible Lease Terms available! Cats permitted for a small monthly fee. Dogs are NOT permitted unless they are verified service or support animals with proper documentation. Don't miss out!!
