The kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters, custom cabinets, track lighting, a garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, high BTU glass top stove, and refrigerator. The living room is small, so we added a cable and power outlet above the granite to allow for a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a full size bathtub with glass doors and an extra large vanity. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays electric. There is a high efficiency electric furnace and central AC. This building on the border of Lawrenceville and Bloomfield has been completely remodeled. Brand new energy efficient windows have been installed. All electrical and plumbing were replaced. The central air and heating systems are new and all high efficiency. Assigned off street parking spaces may be available for additional rent. The tenants all share a large rear deck on the second floor. There is extra storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
