All of our apartments have been newly renovated within the last couple of years! Craft Avenue and Joe Hammer Square apartments are about 15-minute walk to Pitt. These properties offer 1-bedroom, several 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with select apartments offering balconies. Semple Street and Cable Place Apartments are about a 7-minute walk to the University of Pittsburgh Campus, Magee Hospital and other UPMC facilities, and the many other dining, retail, and nightlife options Oakland has to offer.
