Tenant pays reasonable gas and electric. This is a renovated 10 unit building located right off of Stanton Avenue in Highland Park. It is also a convenient distance from Friendship, Shadyside, Lawrenceville, the Target in East Liberty, and the shops and restaurants on Penn Avenue. There is limited off street parking - first come first serve for no more than one vehicle per unit. The basement has coin-operated laundry and storage units.
