This second floor one bedroom unit features hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick, high efficiency electric furnace with central air, ceiling fans, ceramic bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is open to the living room and has custom granite counters, dishwasher, built in microwave, High BTU glass top stove, and track lighting. There is a private deck and in unit laundry. One off-street parking space is included in the rent. Storage is also available in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. Our company purchased this 12-unit building and renovated it in 2018. It is located just down the street from Shadyside Hospital and Market District. Shadyside and Bloomfield shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The building is also near Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. The 54C and 71C bus stop is located at the corner of the nearest cross street, Millvale Avenue. One assigned parking space is included with each unit and extra parking may be available for additional rent. There is a basement storage unit for each apartment. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
