    This large single bedroom apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, w/ lots of cabinets. Private covered balcony. Hardwood floors. Bright and spacious interior. Heat included with rent. Plenty of street parking available. Cats are allowed. Secure building with an intercom system. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant is responsible for cooking gas and electric. All of our apartments are non-smoking. [Currently under renovations - photos are of a very similar unit in the same building.] Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements 1 year of Pittsburgh area employment 1 year of Pittsburgh area rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner. Pet policy Limit of 2 pets per unit Must be listed on renters insurance Must be spayed or neutered no pet deposit $25 pet rent per pet per month
