This unit can be fully furnished or unfurnished for a lease term ending in the summer of 2026 with the chance to renew for a full year for the second term. *Fully furnished lease term is an additional $200 per month to the listing price. December rent is free if a lease is signed before January 1, 2026! Regarding utilities: * The tenant is responsible for electric service and gas service. They are billed directly from the utility companies. * Water and sewage services will remain in the landlord's name and will be allocated to you based on a Ratio Utility Billing System. For pets: * Both Dogs and Cats are permitted at this property. * There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 or $50 per pet (dependent upon breed), with a maximum of two pets. Allegheny City Realty's rental policy includes: * No rent increase (0%) in the second year if you choose to renew your lease. * If you renew for a third year, the rent increase will not exceed 4%.
