Price too high. Most apartments are sky high and out of reach for the average person. It's mind blowing as just 2 years ago, I could have had a really nice apartment for the prices they are charging right now. I need to be under 1,000, but can go up to 1300. Why? I don't think we should have to pay for the upgrades either, which results in higher prices. Zillow in general seems to have their pricing wrong in probably 8/10 listings. Zillow..do better!
