Located two miles from the airport and one minute drive to the 202. (There are slight variations in each unit including flooring. Also there are multiple different floorplans available.)
One 2BR/1BA a housing apartment community that was significantly renovated in 2021. The property is extensively landscaped and has single-story units. The renovation included exterior and interior paint, windows, doors, flooring, tub surrounds, light and plumbing fixtures, electric and gas appliances. Each unit gets one parking spot that is designated in the front.
Pet rent is collected monthly per pet and a deposit is required. If you decide to add a pet after you move in, e will have to amend your lease and we have to approve the dog before it becomes a resident.
